Rival Entertainment teamed up with Futurebirds to kick a new venture into high gear: Highball Festival. We hopped aboard as their branding partner, and took them full steam ahead toward a rockstar solid brand.

Highball Festival is a two-day music experience that’s more than just a festival – it’s a cloud 9 soundscape journey through the mind-blowing setlist of an incredible compilation of musicians. We played a front row marketing support role through the development of the core visual identity, the 2023 key art, and various 2023 festival assets such as the poster, social media graphics, merch, and more.

Rival Entertainment wanted a visual brand that would stand out on any surface. We didn’t just aim for eye-catching, we aimed for mind-bending, jaw- dropping brilliance. The visual identity we created for Highball isn’t just all- encompassing, it’s the lifeblood that courses through the veins of the entire festival, electrifying every corner of the venue with irrepressible energy.

Inspired by the festival’s first venue amidst the bustling railroad tracks of Pullman Yards, we dug deep into this realm as our creative muse. The visual identity carries vibes of that railroad theme – it’s a portal into the Highball flavor, camaraderie, and destination. No matter where the visual identity is displayed, it’s a symbol and a beacon of all the Highball Festivals to come.

Once the core visual brand was solid, we kept the killer vibe chugging along through the creation of various 2023 festival deliverables, including the key art and poster.
